00:00I just stranded these 100 people in the middle of the wilderness and whichever team has the
00:04most people here when help arrives splits that $250,000. The people wearing blue are a team of
00:11survival experts and the people wearing red are amateurs who might not be cut out for the
00:16wilderness. Blue team grab your bags and follow me. What's the longest you spent in the woods?
00:21Longest three months. Like for fun? Yeah. Oh my gosh. How many of you have been camping before?
00:28How many of you could survive a month out here? Oh my gosh, they're cooked over there. I knew the

00:32team would have an advantage. So before we started, I told the red team the challenge and even brought
00:37them to a store to get anything they needed to help them survive. Okay, show me what you have. I

00:42rope. I have this tarp here on the floor. Whoa, did you buy a giant 24 pack of water? Absolutely.

00:48went ahead and went straight for the lighter. Smart. Okay. But the blue team was told that they were
00:53competing in a Mr. Beast video. I didn't know what to pack for, so I packed for any climate. I
00:57thought
00:57you were going to fly us to Alaska. For shelters, we're going to be building simple debris shelters.
01:01You just have to have a good layer of insulation. I've been practicing these skills for about a
01:05decade, but I'll need a team of 10 people to start gathering. You guys are going to build. It'll be
01:09better for morale. We ended up with a kid's tent. Luckily, I'm only like five foot five. With all the

01:15your team has, do you think you'll beat the blue team? Yeah. Even though they're professionals.
01:20We don't care. We're professionals in our own way. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm just doing what I've seen
01:28in the movies. These people do this for fun. How many nights are you guys staying? All the nights.
01:32They can stay here until Christmas until they tell us we have relief. Their hobby is suffering in the
01:37woods. Good night. And during the first night, it was very clear that the red team's advantage
01:44was making it easier for them. But the experts struggled to keep their eyes shut as the
01:49temperatures dropped drastically. I'm so exhausted. I'm dehydrated and wondering why I'm here.
01:59I physically couldn't sleep. The ground was so cold. Everything was wet.
02:03And the only way out of this challenge is to light your flare and wait to be rescued.
02:07We just had our first person tap out. One down. 49 to go. But that wasn't the only one. Sorry
02:13guys.
02:14I'm 66 years old. I had double knee replacement. I'm so sorry.
02:18Shockingly, the first two eliminations are experts from the blue team. While the red team was using
02:24their resources to sleep outside in style. It's a beautiful morning. The sun is shining.
02:29So lucky to be out here. It's nice to just take a break from the world sometimes.
02:34Meanwhile, the experts knew they needed to fix their shelters fast. Or they'd quickly lose even more
02:40people. These shelters were never meant to be just a pile of sticks and that's it. You want to pile
02:44on leaves about a foot thick. It's going to take some work from everybody. The leaves, when we start
02:49getting rain, it keeps you dry. Oh, all three of you sleep over there? Oh yeah. Bro, their fort is
02:55massive.
02:56Do you think this will hold up well in the rain? There's only one way to find out. We're going
02:59to make
02:59our shelter and then that way we're not going to be sleeping under the rain. So we're making a roof.
03:03We just
03:03need to keep the food safe and dry. You built this? Yeah. We got to take pointers next time
03:08we do a survival event. Yeah, I know. You can just give me a cough. We might need to. And
03:12while the
03:12experts were using the most of their limited resources, the amateurs were burning through
03:17their advantage quickly. So this is all you've done? Just promise me none of you are going to die.
03:23We promise. Okay. As the day turned to night, the amateurs continued to recklessly waste. I know
03:30they're still working hard, using all their energy because they're not going to last. But the expert's
03:34hard work was already paying off. Look at this. This is better than four seasons. I think we're going
03:40to have a much more comfortable night. We're out in the woods. Slept like a baby. Wow. Just because
03:50we built a great shelter. It was warm. The red team, they probably got tents. They got sleeping bags.
03:55We got this. You know, we're all out here not eating and having a blast. Backflip, bro.
04:01While the experts started their day rested and full of energy. The amateurs started theirs facing the
04:08hardest part of survival. An empty stomach. Do you have any snacks? I win. The red team spent
04:14the first two days absolutely destroying their snacks. And now. We're all so hungry. Hunger is really
04:21setting in today. Guys, we're about to go explore from food and water. Meanwhile. Foraging class
04:26starting now. With the knowledge of wilderness survivalist Seth, Blue Team was able to turn
04:31their forest into a grocery store. You can always pick it and eat it as a trail nibble. He even
04:36built a
04:37fish trap out of sticks to put into the nearby river. Meanwhile, the amateurs tried out their fishing gear,
04:42but only had the skill to catch trash. But by day four, the snack situation was no laughing matter.
04:51Three, four, four, nine. We're out of food. How much food do we have? Do you know? We don't have
04:54any food. I'm about to be snacking on this all night. We're going to go scavenger now. So because
04:58party mix lasts for 45 minutes at best. What's this? I also had a plan for that.
05:02Meat. Apples. I planted food caches all around the forest. Dude, what? With a minimum amount of food to survive.
05:09If they manage it right. I bet there's all kinds of stuff in these woods. We just got to walk
05:14around.
05:15I just found a ton of food in the woods. Oh, we're eating good tonight. Both teams established community
05:20pantries to ration out the food. So I think we're going to be all right for a little while. As

05:24as we work together as a team. I think that's important that nobody starts like turning on anybody.
05:30Dude. But over at the Blue Team, Julia had a different plan. I don't want them to have control of
05:36it.
05:36They're going to go crazy on the food and there's not going to be anything left for us that are
05:39willing to starve for a week and the people that aren't willing to. Using the food from the caches,
05:44the experts cooked up a large dinner. We're making dinner. That's insane. And tensions came to a boil.
05:51We are doing the best we can. Not everybody's going to be happy, but we can't make you happy if

06:03Where is their shed, Chelsea? Randy's suspicions revealed a new obstacle in this challenge.

06:30divide up the $250,000 prize. We've lost five people. So listen, none of us eliminate tomorrow. Okay.

07:06I'm leaving. I'm out. It's only day five. And with the experts down by nine,
07:12they're going to have to learn to get along to survive this game. Come eat. I know you haven't

11:59So we found this old charcoal grill in the woods.
12:02Which for now kept spirits pretty high.
12:04It's remarkable what a little food and a change in the weather will do to willpower.
12:09But unfortunately the blue team wasn't doing as well.

12:14Man, the hunger is real.
12:15Day eight and there's nothing in the traps yet.
12:17I'm so hungry I'm about to eat my toothpaste.
12:19How one of those canned goods tastes right by now.
12:21I'm not going to lie, I would dig into a can of beef.
12:24The fact that we have 50 canned goods up there with beef, peas, corn, blows my mind.
12:31Down I looked at crawfish, looked to my left, seen this, what I thought was a stick
12:35that started moving inside of my eye.
12:36And I turned around and I was like...

12:41But by the end of the day the wind for both teams began to shift.
12:46So change of the day, there's like a massive storm coming as possible as a tornado.
12:52We gotta go guys.

12:55It's definitely about to storm.
12:57It's looking scary.
12:58It's literally dropped like 15 degrees in like 10 minutes.
13:02A random wind picked up.
13:03Our whole shelter feels like it's going to fall apart.

13:14That storm is blowing in hard, so that means it's nap time.
13:17If I had to guess, I think this rain is going to be a breaking point for a lot of
