00:00We're going to keep moving forward, we're going to be pushing forward, but now I want to look forward, going
00:05through those challenges that the players have had in facilities. It's been a long challenging road and I've had to
00:13annoy a lot of people along the way and that's okay because we want to get to where we want
00:18to get to and you've got to dream and you've got to be honest and you've got to be outspoken
00:24and we're grateful to announce that we've actually got a facility now going forward.
00:30We're going to have a home for at least the coming years. We've got a multi-year lease on Kulabong
00:36for those that know it, just outside the university. It's something that, like I said, has been ongoing with a
00:44lot of talks through UOW, Uni Active and Council and we're grateful for all them, for their support to get
00:50there and we'll bring up, just to give you an idea, the same when you're young and you're a kid
00:57and I was a player, you've got to dream and you've got to dream big and you've got to
00:59reach for the top. And so you can have a look, we've got some plans of where we want to
01:06get to as quick as possible is the goal.
01:13And we're getting that. It takes time, like everything. But all the teams are worth waiting for. But yeah, like
01:22I said, we're going to have a ground to train out of. We're going to have a ground for the
01:26juniors to play out of. That's going to be ours. That's going to be the club's ground.
01:29It's going to be everyone here's ground. And the goal is to develop it to a top level. We want
01:39everybody involved in doing that. We want everyone to feel a part of it because as a club, it's not
01:47chairman's club or the board's club. This is the people's club. It's the region's club.
01:52And that's important. There's a region and everyone buys into that. So if we can get this up.
