00:09former 2015 assembly members resume dialogue. Let's listen to the communique. In Caracas,
00:17September 2026, the second cycle of conversations between the national government and the former
00:272015 assembly with its following results. There were seven working sessions and the methodology
00:38of our work was based on two technical tables. The first one, freedom of expression, plural thinking
00:49and right to information. Second, strengthening of democracy and judicial power. Table one,
00:59freedom of expression and plural thinking and right to information, they agree to accompany the
01:08announcement that was released by the national government of continuing and broadening the
01:13administrative measures to give websites and electronic media as part of the agreements of
01:24these dialogue table that seek to strengthen freedom of expression, plural thinking and the
01:29right to information. Inviting as well all of the actors from the public and private spheres to
01:37contribute from their spaces with responsibility to the coexistence to peace and national unity.
01:48To boost an agenda of discussions about the use with all of the actors involved in which it includes the
01:59the revision of legal instruments that might be required.

03:07To keep moving forward in the upcoming ordinary session of the national assembly in the designation of the
03:13commission, preliminary commission of the committee for judicial assignments and to publish the schedule
03:20of the corresponding procedure. To keep analyzing and reviewing legislation, legislative tools needed for the reform of the judicial system.
03:33And at last, both delegations, we compromise in maintaining discussions and keep following these agreements. On behalf of the government
