00:31where nothing i've done was wrong nothing i did was wrong and and then point the finger at the other
00:37person and say that what they did was wrong so it's like they don't hold themselves accountable
00:43and it's in special forces we can't do that that's not who we are we hold ourselves accountable we
00:48really do because you feel and you're such this small group of men and women that you work side
00:53by side with and you're supposed to trust that person when you go out the war and they got your
00:57back i got their back they got to trust you so when you make a mistake even before we go

01:02you got to hold yourself accountable to to own up to it we preach that in the steel teams and

01:07platoons you know whether we get in trouble out when we go out on the weekends you know we got

01:12come back in we're not going to hide it on monday morning and not say nothing we go straight to

01:16boss our chief our master chief whoever it may be and you tell them hey i did this you know
01:21i own
01:22that and i'm about to go ahead and just you know bring it up to you before you find out

01:26someone else and you you've got to own those kind of things
