00:16outlined her country's approach to international cooperation.
00:35She pointed to Central Asia, where governments have made progress on long-standing border and water disputes
00:41and expanded regional cooperation.

01:04arguing that treating the country solely as a security threat offers no solution.
01:09She also cited Uzbekistan's economic growth and falling poverty over the past decade
01:15and called for AI development to remain tied to human rights.
01:19On the environment, she pointed to the RLC crisis, water conservation
01:24and Uzbekistan's target of raising renewables to 54% of its energy mix by 2030.
