00:04Republican. He's been the center of controversy ever since it came to light that just one juror
00:09out of 12 refused to believe that Lindsey Clancy was not responsible due to insanity when she killed
00:14her three young children. The 48-year-old's disagreement with his fellow jurors caused
00:19the case to be deemed a mistrial and since then fellow jurors have gone around saying that he
00:24basically didn't understand the law and that because he had some doubt that Clancy was guilty
00:29he should have been on their side. But now however he's saying that they are speaking for him and he
00:35did not have any doubt in fact. Quote, as I tried to explain different possible theories during
00:40deliberation I kept getting cut off he said. He's also lawyered up with a hotshot attorney that has
00:46connections to Trump so this is probably not the last time that we will hear from him.
