00:00I'm showing you the magical ratio for making any flavor simple syrup. All you need is one
00:03part water and one part sugar. First up we're making apple cider simple syrup. We're starting
00:07by adding our ratio of one cup of water to one cup of sugar. Since we're just using a mix
00:11for
00:11this we're just going to pour this in there while we're bringing it to oil. Once the sugar is
00:14dissolved you're going to cut the heat and let it cool to room temp. For our second syrup we're
00:17making a chai simple syrup. We're going in with our magic ratio of one cup of water to one cup
00:22of sugar. Now we're going to cut the heat and you're going to add your tea bags. We're just
00:25going to let that steep. For number three we're going to make my favorite which is an earl gray
00:28simple syrup. Again our magic ratio one cup of water to one cup of sugar. Same as the last we're
00:33going to cut the heat. Add your tea bags and let it steep. Now you've got three fall flavored
00:36simple syrups that you can use in cocktails or coffee or whatever you want this holiday
00:40season. All thanks to the magic ratio.
