In September 2009, Brussels Jazz Orchestra and Brass Band Willebroek worked on a project for double orchestra. The premiere was performed in deSingel (Antwerp) on Sept. 26th.
On the repertoire list were world creations of works composed by Pierre Drevet, Lode Mertens and Bert Joris for this unique ensemble.
