00:27And it does happen sometimes.
00:29And I think you especially saw why everyone was so happy to have Harrison Smith back
00:34because when he was not on the field in this game, there were miscommunications with the safeties.
00:39And the thing about this defense is if you're going to rush extra players all the time,
00:44your safeties need to be very good.
00:46And I think one of the things that they should truly regret as an organization is letting go Cam Bynum
00:51two years ago
00:52because he just was so good at covering a lot of ground as a former cornerback.
00:56And I'll give you an example of just one of those plays, which is the 81-yard touchdown.
01:01They have Theo Jackson lining up as an edge rusher, and then he's supposed to cover the deep middle of
01:07the field,
01:07which Harrison Smith has done for years.
01:09He also may wear a gold jacket someday.
01:11I don't know that that's going to be the case for a guy they picked up off of someone's practice
01:16squad
01:17and have developed for a couple years.
01:19I mean, so there are times where when you watch it back, you go, I mean, Flores, come on, dude.
01:26That's a little much.
01:27But then at the same time, as you mentioned, like they get down into the red zone and they're able
01:31to stop them.
01:32And, you know, more than anything, I thought Jordan Love was just incredible for three quarters,
01:37like running away, making plays with guys in his face, finding guys down the field.
01:42And if you're going to say, hey, the only way the other team can beat you is if their quarterback
01:46does stuff like that.
01:48Well, Caleb Williams might, but on a week-to-week basis, it's going to be pretty darn difficult.
01:52And I also thought one of the biggest storylines coming out of the game was they have two new defensive
01:57tackles
01:58that are developed in projects for a couple years in Ty Ingram Dawkins and Levi Drake Rodriguez.
02:03Those guys completely took away the run game.
02:05And, of course, Jalen Redmond's awesome.
02:07I think we all know that by now.
02:08But, like, they took away the run game.
02:11And if you take away Green Bay's run game, the same will go for Chicago.
02:14Like, they are a completely different team.
02:16So, I think altogether it just wore down Green Bay that they could not lean on their run game like
02:23they usually do,
02:24which meant Jordan Love was under a lot of duress and eventually cracked.
