My favorite part of this episode is the fight between Skeletor and Sylar. A lot of people who grew up with the original series may see Skeletor as a pathetic wimp. In the remake of the original series, Skeletor was incredibly powerful sorceror, able to withstand magical attacks by what was considered the most powerful wizard of their world. He's also an incredible swordsman in that series, and that's the Skeletor I wanted for this series.
This episode came together due to the question of, "What kind of immunity challenge can you use against a group of super villains?" A lot of what goes into this series is television, movies, games, stuff I am involved with on my own and I remember specific clips. That's how this episode fell into place. Also, the first time ever in the series, over 10 people are dead by the end of it! Half the cast is dead at one point! Gotta love it when Villains prove the truth behind, "Survivor."
