00:19equal to nearly 3 percent of Generac's outstanding shares.
00:22Generac said initial generator deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion in 2027
00:27and 2028, about 308,000 warrant shares vested immediately, while the remaining shares will
00:33vest based on payments for the generators. The agreement is Amazon's latest infrastructure
