00:00And I do, to a certain extent, if I'm honest, feel as though she was embarrassed of us.
00:06We're very different.
00:10Everything I am, she's not. Everything she is, I'm not.
00:14It's like you couldn't be more polar opposite. We're like oil and water.
00:18Kelly Osbourne is opening up about her estrangement from her older sister, Amy,
00:22and the final message their rock star dad, Ozzy Osbourne, gave before his death.
00:26Kelly sat down with Paul C. Brunson on the We Need to Talk podcast,
00:30where she confirmed that there is no hope for a reconciliation between the polar opposite sisters.
00:36While she respects and accepts her, she also implied Amy has said horrible things about her,
00:41and truly seems to thrive when she's not doing well.
00:44Kelly added that Amy never acknowledged her or her brother Jack,
00:48and that she resents growing up without a big sister in her life.
00:52And it's not the first time Kelly has spoken out about their strained relationship.
00:56Here's what she told Dax Shepard on Armchair Expert in 2023.
01:00Do we talk about your sister? You know, she has a sister that didn't participate, Amy, right?
01:04Yeah. We don't talk about that.
01:05We don't talk.
01:06Okay, great. Oh, you don't talk at all?
01:08Mm-mm.
01:08Okay, never mind then.
01:09We're just really different.
01:10Yeah, yeah.
01:11She doesn't understand me. I don't understand her.
01:13Fair.
01:14It all goes back to March of 2002, when the Osbournes premiered on MTV and became reality TV royalty.
01:22Amy refused to join. She was even blurred in family photos on the show,
01:26and she moved out of their Beverly Hills home when she was 16.
01:30She later told The Independent that she was still trying to figure out who I was in the chaos of
01:34family life,
01:35and called her siblings very impressionable.
01:38Amy eventually found herself as a singer, like her famous father, and performs under the name Aro.
01:44She made a rare public appearance alongside her family at the 2026 Grammys to honor Ozzy.
01:50She also put on a united front at his funeral procession,
01:53and was visibly moved to tears by the crowd of supporters chanting his name.
02:12Ozzy died from a heart attack in July of 2025 at his mansion in England, surrounded by love.
02:18His wife of 43 years, Sharon, and three of his kids, Amy, Jack, and Kelly, were by his side.
02:25On We Need To Talk, Kelly revealed the heartbreaking, final message Ozzy gave to his little girl, three days before
02:31his passing.
02:32No matter what happens in this life, you can live the rest of your life knowing that there was one
02:42man on this planet that truly loved you.
02:45That truly loved you for every single thing you are.
02:51And that my man is me.
