00:25While the survival horror narrative does have stomach-churning moments of cat and mouse tension
00:29well-realized themes and a strong mid to late game, the experience is let down by a slower start,
00:36inconsistent voice acting performances, and bare bones and oversimplified survival horror slants.
00:42On top of that, using the turning point system, which allows you to reverse time to redo major
00:48choices in the branching narrative, frequently can straight up ruin major plot twists.
00:53Ultimately, Directive 8020 is not the groundbreaking intergalactic horror romp I was expecting,
00:58but it's not a bad time either, and while I had a pretty good time aboard the Cassiopeia,
