00:19It says there's no evidence the data was shared with third parties and the information Commissioner's Office has been informed.
00:26Those affected are being contacted.
00:28The Ministry says it has apologised and described the breach as unacceptable.
00:34His Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service and Prison and Probation Service are now investigating.
00:40The Prime Minister asked the Lord Chancellor to oversee the matter.
