Romanian President warns Ukraine war could last at least another year

In an interview with Euronews, President Nicușor Dansaid while Russia's economy is under strain and Ukraine has demonstrated an ability to strike deep into Russian territory, neither development has brought Moscow closer to the negotiating table.
