00:10We wrote the riff for it in a guitar shop,
00:13which sounds dead Wayne's World and Spinal Tappy, which is quite funny.
00:17Because we'd written it so fast, we ended up recording it way too fast.
00:21And then we slowed it down and sludged it up.
00:23Which is where the real power lies.
00:25It was probably the first song like that we wrote
00:27that was a more direct approach rather than all the textures.
00:30It's more just kind of focused on more simply produced riffs.
00:34More true to how we sound like, definitely.
00:36Yeah, we shot the music video with Zach and Ollie.
00:38Kind of filled the room with as much stuff.
00:40Made it look real claustrophobic and chaotic.
00:43So the lyrics for Great Day are kind of built around
00:46overheard conversations and from our daily commute on the train.
00:50And if you're lucky, you might see a train.
