00:00If there was another team that I would be very worried about,
00:03it would be the team that's headed to Las Vegas today,
00:05and that is the Miami Dolphins taking on the Las Vegas Raiders.
00:09I am actually surprised, because I'm a dog guy too.
00:12I would just take all the dogs today if I could.
00:14But I am surprised, and this one in particular,
00:17the lack of steam on the side of the Las Vegas Raiders,
00:20who essentially are bringing back a lot of their team from last year.
00:25And the Miami Dolphins, Joe, signed a bunch of guys in the offseason,
00:30a lot of young guys, a lot of rookies, went through the draft,
00:32got rid of basically the entire team.
00:3422 guys are going to start today, I think 17 or 18 new starters.
00:38And then a week before the season,
00:41end up adding almost a dozen new players to the team
00:45after going through all of the draft and free agency?
00:48I mean, Joe, the Dolphins are not tanking.
00:51They won't tell you they're tanking, but they're tanking this season.
00:54The Raiders are three-and-a-half-point favorites today.
00:58I mean, I am very surprised.
01:00I thought that initial number that came out as four or five was going to stick,
01:05but there are some people that think Miami's going to win today in Las Vegas.
01:08I am not one of those people today.
01:12I am one of those people, Craig.
01:13I will raise my hand.
01:14I don't know if they're going to win,
01:15but I think they're going to cover that three.
01:17I'll take the plus three here.
01:18Look, the Vikings, excuse me,
01:21the Dolphins have torn everything down to the studs, right?
01:24And if you look at the schedule,
01:26this is literally the best chance they have to win a football game all year.
01:29One of my favorite preseason bets was the under three-and-a-half wins for the Dolphins
01:34because when you look at that schedule, it is rough.
01:36That division's rough, too.
01:37It's tough, yeah.
01:38You know, so you're in a very bad spot here if you're the Dolphins,
01:41but if you really love that number the way I do,
01:43I think you wait for today because if they play well in cover
01:46or maybe even win this game outright by some wackiness,
01:50guess what?
01:51You're going to have a much better total.
01:52You might even have a plus four-and-a-half.
01:53There are something like that.
01:55You have a four-and-a-half for the over-under there.
01:56You can take the under on the win total there,
01:58and you're even safer the rest of the year.
01:59That's what I think.
02:00But in this game, I would look for Malik Willis to run a lot.
02:0439-and-a-half is the total for him for the rushing yards.
02:08I would take the over.
02:09I think he keeps the ball in his own hands.
02:11They play smart with H.M.
02:13The Brock Bowers injury is a huge loss here for a team that has
02:17Gentry, who is barely healthy, Bowers out,
02:21and a wide receiver core that has more questions than answers.
02:24I think that leads you to the Dolphins hanging around in this game
02:27at the very least and keeping it close.
02:30Oof.
02:30Wow.
02:31What a game that 1% of the country will be watching.
02:36And then the National Flow.
02:38I'll be hitting that red zone today around 4 o'clock.
02:40Yeah.
02:41I'll take the under on that 1%, Craig.
02:43I'll take the under on the 1% watching.
02:45Yeah, they're sending it to Noia.
02:47Even out of South Florida here,
02:48I saw north of West Palm Beach and all around Florida,
02:51they're all watching the Bucs today.
02:52They're not taking the Dolphins game.
02:54That is crazy.
02:55The Dolphins have been infinitely more popular.
