00:00Another big topic which came out of Monday night was the Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa.
00:03We headed for a fractured relationship.
00:05The one thing, though, Joe, when you pay quarterbacks a lot of money,
00:08they always like to say it's cheaper to keep her, right?
00:11So you look at Tua Tagovailoa.
00:12Yeah, let's trade him and move on, Joe.
00:13You wreck your entire payroll for 2026.
00:17It's almost better to bench him and keep him on your football team
00:19so you don't take that cap in and you can still hit the free agent market.
00:22Tua Tagovailoa has not been sensational by any means.
00:24It feels like, Joe, he's just a dome, warm-weather quarterback,
00:29and you get him anywhere outside, you see the flaws.
00:32And the one thing that really hurts Tua is what?
00:34Not a lot of arm strength, but also, Joe, if you're going to be that short in stature,
00:37you better come with some Kyler Murray quicks here, which says,
00:40okay, well, he can move maneuver out of the pocket, and if you rush him, he can run for yards.
00:43He can't run for yards.
00:44He's too slow.
00:45He has a soft arm, and he throws way too many interceptions.
00:48This isn't working in Miami.
00:51No, well, I mean, he's obviously looks like he has regressed this year, right?
00:55With, what, 2,600 yards, I think 20 touchdowns in 14 games, not good.
01:02I mean, leading the league in the picks is the big problem there.
01:06But again, I'm just curious here, who are you going to?
01:11Like, I'm sorry, who gives you a better chance to win than Tua?
01:15Are you telling me Zach Wilson is the guy you're going to turn to?
01:20Or Quinn yours, who was the emergency backup for most of the league?
01:24What are you talking about?
01:26Listen, you can say whatever you want.
01:28The reality is, one surefire way to lose that locker room is to put a guy under center
01:34everyone in that locker room knows can't win the game, and that would be Zach Wilson.
01:38Who are we kidding here, Donnie?
