A homeowner says he paid Ms. Smith about $25,000 to act as a general contractor and oversee renovations to his roof and house. When Ms. Smith insists she was simply helping him find workers and reimbursing employees, Judge Judy starts pulling apart her story.  The case takes another turn when Judge Judy learns Ms. Smith doesn’t have a contractor’s license and questions her about disability benefits she has collected since 1992.
