00:07The jobs do not exist, weirdly, in the NHS.

00:12There's also an issue that I've heard people talking about that midwives,
00:16and this goes back to my earlier point, that midwives feel they don't,
00:19the ones who are getting the jobs don't feel like they have the right training.
00:23And there is a conversation now, like, should they be trained as nurses
00:27before they become midwives to be able to deal more competently
00:31with the issues that they are frequently seeing.
00:34So, I mean, that goes back to, you know, the whole question about how we're training midwives.
