02:46is prudent okay he that provided proof reproof is prudent let's read that again a fool despiseth his
02:58father's instruction god is saying a dummy stupid person a fool despiseth his father's instruction
03:10talking about a godly man because i know how some of you think well what if the father was evil

03:16the father was evil you're not listening to that okay he's talking about a good man a good man that

03:23an evil son or the son and the son won't listen or the daughter whichever one they won't listen okay

03:59for a second what does prudent mean well let's look that word up prudent let's look up prudent let's see
04:09what prudent means okay because we gotta understand that there's just certain things that you have to do
04:25you have to listen to your parents
04:29prudent a lot of us got it figured out at 12 we think we know everything okay prudent acting with

04:41showing care and thought for the future so that's what prudent means prudent means acting and showing
04:48that you care okay that you care okay being prudent okay acting and showing okay acting and showing
05:06acting with or showing care acting and showing thoughts of care showing that you care
05:16okay okay okay so in other words where i'm gonna be five years from now what am i gonna be
05:29doing five years from now you have
05:32to think about these things okay
05:37a lot of times a lot of you don't think about that but you better start thinking about those things

05:44guess what these things are important you know only god knows where we gonna be
05:53years from now but you gotta kind of think about like okay what i'm gonna do where am i going

06:18in one first john going back to first john uh three and one and it says behold what manner of

06:32father hath bestowed upon us that we should be called the father hath bestowed upon us that we should be
06:36called the sons of god therefore the world knoweth us not because it knew him not talking about
06:46about children okay talking about children let's read that again behold what manner of love the father
06:56hath bestowed upon us what love has god bestowed upon us he bestowed upon us christ because christ died for
07:08us for us to save us he carried all our sins away with him he died for us so that
07:16we could live that is
07:18the gift that god bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of god that we should be
07:26called the
07:27sons of god because we are the sons of god because we are the sons of god but a lot
07:32of times we don't act
07:33like we're the sons of god okay therefore the world knows us not the world know of us not because

07:43what a lot of us do evil we do wicked things and we do things that we know our parents
07:51wouldn't approve of
07:52and god will not approve of christ will not approve of okay because it knew him not because children
08:02didn't know him because you didn't train up the child you didn't bring your child up in the bible
08:08you didn't teach him nothing about the bible but you know how to put on the r carl or r

08:22training up a child teaching your child how to twerk their butt you better teach them to go to school
08:28and hold their head up high and be proud and have some manners and go to school and do the

08:42that's what this means because it knew him not the children the children didn't know god they don't
08:48know him and today a lot of these kids don't know the most high they don't know nothing about god
08:55they don't know nothing okay but that is up to us as parents and i'm talking to godly men and

09:02because i know there's a lot of people in the world that don't believe in god and that's fine that's

09:08you that's your soul and i'm talking about people that do care about what god thinks or godly men and
09:15women make sure you train up your child all right train up your child let's go to romans 8 and

09:43romans 8 and 14 says for as many as are led by the spirit of god they are the sons

09:52so romans 8 and 14 so a lot of us are led by the spirit of god i know i'm

10:10of god we are the sons of god okay let's move on let's go to first timothy 5 and 8
10:37and it says excuse me but if any provide not for his own and especially for those of his own

10:50he has denied the faith and it's worse than infidel oh my gosh let's read that again that's
10:58a good one first timothy 5 and 8 says but if any provide not for his own home you do
11:11not take care of your
11:12own children whether you a mother or a father other people are helping your children and taking care of
11:19your children and you're not taking care of your own children and especially for those of his house
11:26especially of those for his house your children are living in your house wherever you're not taking
11:33care of them you're not doing right you're spending your money on beer gambling drugs alcohol cigarettes
11:40whatever it is that you're doing but you're not providing for your child he has denied the faith god
11:47say you denied the faith you believe on you don't believe in god you don't believe on christ you believe
11:53in evil that's what you believe in and it's worse than that infidel let's look that word up oh boy

14:19but as many as received him to them gave he power to become the sons of god even to them

14:29on his name so let's read that again but as many as received him many people received god to them
14:41gave
14:42he power to become the sons of god because when we read this bible and we strive to do righteousness
14:51god receives us he receives us and we receive him even to them that believe on his name even to
15:01all of
15:01us that believe on his name because i believe on this name and you believe on this name or you
