03:57Also, 2,781 senior citizens received TUPAD payouts even though the medical certificates they provided did not come from licensed

04:07COA says the questionable payouts amount to more than 18 million pesos, which should have gone to legitimate beneficiaries.
04:14Because of this, the audit team couldn't tell whether the beneficiaries were medically fit for their assigned work and if
04:19they actually performed it.
04:20This involves Dole offices in eastern Visayas, the Davao region, Soxc Sarjan, and Caraga.
04:26Also, 1,275 beneficiaries in the Zamboanga Peninsula were paid higher than what they were supposed to.

04:57abide by the final and binding 2016 Arbitral Award.
05:00All these features are part of the West Philippine Sea, a body of water that includes the Philippines' Exclusive Economic
05:06Zone or EEZ in the South China Sea.
05:09Chinese Embassy and Manila Deputy Spokesperson Guo Wei in a statement says that China had jurisdiction over the two reefs.
05:15China considers Panganiban and Zamora part of the Nansha Islands, which it claims as its territory.
05:21The DFA says China's island building on both features violates the Philippine Maritime Zones Act or Republic Act 12064 and
05:28UNCLOS.
05:30China claims almost all of the South China Sea, including the West Philippine Sea, as its territory.
