00:00A lot of people weren't alive 25 years ago and when you talk about September 11th,
00:05not everybody knows what we're remembering. And to share those stories and to share the
00:11sacrifices that they made and would make again is why we ride.
00:20We're riding across the country over 3,000 miles. We have riders from all over the nation that are
00:25riding several being from the FDNY. One of the members who actually responded that morning
00:32on 9-11 and arrived at 11 a.m. and each day we read the names of those that died
00:38and we remember
00:40their stories. We remember their acts of heroism and especially on the 25th anniversary we remember
00:49those in our country that went to support the FDNY and those that ultimately have passed away today
00:56due to the cancer and the diseases that they got at the pile. We are basically trying to honor the
01:04firefighters that served in 9-11 that lost their lives 343 that were involved in the initial collapse
01:10as well as those that were struggling with cancer. To this date it's over now 469 that have lost
01:19a battle of cancer since then on top of the 343. And right now we're basically kind of a rolling
01:27firehouse reminding people about that sacrifice.
