00:12to a street in Wakefield where waste material had been illegally dumped. Kruk was ordered
00:17to pay almost £2,500 after pleading guilty to two offences. Kirkley Magistrates Court
00:23heard the investigation began in March after waste was discovered in Castleford.
00:28Officers arranged a waste collection where they secretly placed a tracker which led them
00:33to Trinity Street in Bellevue where the waste had been dumped beside bins. Kruk admitted
00:39he did not have the required waste carrier's licence.
