Scrubs Returns to Sacred Heart This September

Sacred Heart is reopening its doors as Scrubs returns with the first two episodes of its new season. The revival brings J.D. back to the hospital years later with a very different job waiting for him.

The new Scrubs follows an older J.D. as he returns to Sacred Heart Hospital as Chief of Medicine. The revival revisits the world of the beloved medical comedy while exploring how its characters and the hospital have changed over the years.

Scrubs premieres with two episodes September 30, 2026, on ABC.
