01:36Once it comes time to play, the 49ers must show up because you have had more time to prepare there.
01:45And there are so many question marks about this team.

01:57So they're without a starting defensive tackle.

02:04The 49ers have a ton of pressure on them.

02:09How many people, how much attrition is the 49ers going to face just in this game?

02:21I think offensively they will be able to do some stuff because Aaron Donald isn't playing.
02:28But I think all the pressure is on the 49ers.

02:35All the pressure has to be on the Rams.
02:36The Rams have been talked about on every channel every day since they got Miles Garrett.
02:42They've been the lead story across football the entire offseason to the point where if
02:47I'm a Seattle Seahawks fan, I'm kind of angry that nobody talked about us and we're the
02:52defending champions.
02:53We beat them to go to the Super Bowl.
02:55But yet all the talk has been about Miles Garrett.
02:58All the talk has been about the additions of Trent McDuffie.
03:00All the talk has been about them having the best offseason possibly ever in the history
03:04of football.
03:05And so with, in my opinion, with all the eyes on them, I think Aaron Donald not playing
03:11may be a pressure release for them because now you're not expected to see this spectacle
03:16of greatness through the defensive side of the football.
03:20So to me, I think because of all the headlines in the offseason have all the positive headlines
03:25have gone to the Los Angeles Rams.
03:29People are expecting greatness out of them.
03:31I think people want to see what the 49ers have.
03:34I think people want to be impressed by the Rams.
03:37If the Rams aren't impressive tomorrow or today or yesterday, whatever it is, the Rams
03:44aren't impressive.
03:45I think there'll be more headlines written about that than it would be if they were to
03:48beat the 49ers because the 49ers are so banged up already and they haven't even played a game
03:53yet.
03:54Well, I mean, there is a 49er that plays quarterback for the Rams.
04:00Matthew Stafford's record against the 49ers is 4-9.
04:04And so I won't be surprised if the 49ers were to win.
04:11But if they lose, the 49ers have huge question marks that is going to extend for the rest of
04:19the season.

04:24You have arguably the two best teams in the NFC West.
04:29In Seattle, the defending champions.
04:31And had it not been for a blown punt return and a muff punt, the Rams would have went to
04:39the Super Bowl and won.
04:40So you have two championship caliber teams in your division.
04:45You lose one game, you're behind two already.
04:49And so I hate calling games this early must win.
04:55The 49ers can't afford to.
04:56They cannot afford to lose this game.
