A mother and daughter sue a seamstress over a custom red prom dress that they say looks nothing like what they ordered. Judge Judy examines the dress herself and has plenty to say about the workmanship and the changes made to the original design.

Judge Judy often surprised litigants by separating her opinion of their choices from the legal facts of a case. Even when she found a product or service seriously lacking she still expected customers to object when they had the opportunity rather than accept it and complain later.

Watch classic Judge Judy clips and memorable courtroom moments from the long-running series.
