00:00Well, here we go, then. Fluminense against Platense.
00:05As Vettemar dinks this one inside the area.
00:11Congni.
00:14He is not intimidated at all the Venezuelan.
00:20Despite the lack of height, see what Gansa can do.
00:24Curls it in beautifully. Very good claim under pressure.
00:31Vettemar to pounce and has a long-range shot.
00:34It's our first real effort on goal with 18 minutes gone,
00:37but easy for a fight supplied by Quester.
00:42White is seven, Sepúlveda, 185. All reaches neither.
00:50And Silva couldn't really get his foot around that one.
00:54And Ganso stabs it forward. Now a break on here for Fluminense.
00:58Chance here for Fluminense as they break down the centre.
01:02Keeper commits. And Fluminense take the lead.
01:07The break away run. Nornato led the charge.
01:15Of course, Sani raised off his line, could not get enough on it.
01:20And Fluminense are in front.
01:31Quick thinking. Hulk it was who spotted the run.
01:38Nornato, a lot of space to maneuver into.
01:41And though Cosani got a touch.
01:44It was not enough to keep the ball out at the back of the net.
01:48And Fluminense take the lead on the 21st minute mark.
01:53Great pass from Hulk.
01:57Terrific vision.
02:00From the number seven.
02:02Nornato not having to break any kind of pace as he steamed down the centre.
02:09And Fluminense's first real chance of the match.
02:13Sees them take the lead.
02:29Good options.
02:32Goes for glory.
02:33Straight onto the head with the Colombian defender.
02:35Me and Alves.
02:39Senna.
02:41Play off from Hulk.
02:45Nornato keeps it alive.
02:49Now there is space here for Gansok.
02:51Again tries to throw it through.
02:53Chance for number two!
02:56Hulk finds that gap.
02:59Potensi find themselves two goals down.
03:03The deliveries for the final shot on goal have been excellent from Fluminense.
03:11Gansok to Hulk on that occasion.
03:1430 minutes gone.
03:16Second goal for the home side.
03:18Is he onside?
03:19I would say very tight, but just about.
03:25Again, Borsani commits.
03:30And Hulk just curls it into the back of the net.
03:34Right now, Fluminense leading by two goals to nil.
03:40And with only 30 minutes on the clock, have a real chance to establish a convincing lead here in front
03:47of their own supporters.
03:51A bit of pressure.
03:53Took a deflection on its way in.
03:55Corner to Potensi.
03:58And a...
03:59It's Manero. It's a trip.
04:01We're going to get our first yellow card for the night.
04:08Finally out to Manero from Marios.
04:12It would appear that the order of a day is just to swing that ball inside the area as quickly
04:17as possible.
04:18Plenty of bodies forward for Fluminense.
04:22Looking for a third before half-time.
04:24Saltaldo, can he deliver?
04:26Off balance, and skies it in the end.
04:29And again, a few boos and jeers that ring around the marathon.
04:33Can he do something here?
04:39They've lacked that bit of punch so far.
04:42Sepulveda.
04:46Got away from Guga.
04:50Clock ticking down at the end of this first half.
04:54Again, it's another long-range effort.
04:56Again, it's wasted situations, and our referee brings this first half to an end.
05:05Fluminense in control.
05:07Goals from Nonato and Hulk.
05:10Going to put them in a good position.
05:1445 more minutes to come, though, here from Rio de Janeiro.
05:18Second lead to come next week in Buenos Aires.
05:20Looking around.
05:22The supporters racing forward.
05:24Silver and the orange boots.
05:25Although Dali tried to squeeze in something.
05:29Should get themselves a corner here.
05:32But...
05:36Again, good defensive work from Ganso.
05:38He's trying to tell his side to calm down a bit.
05:45And Guga again.
05:47Once again, great work from Fluminense.
05:50Holt gets a touch.
05:51It's Oteldo...
05:54Side relegated to the third division.
05:58Not promoted.
06:00See what Fluminense can do here.
06:03That's its tribut.
06:04A chance.
06:05A vague opportunity.
06:08Just about dealt with by Flujene.
06:15way by silver only partially this time it is left
06:25out on the far side again the first time volley another corner
06:29just has not been there from platensi on these set pieces or fabio commits himself
06:38leaning in
06:45referee saw it it's alvaro vegas down in a heap
06:57he's got a card out will be the second of the night
07:03well that is debatable isn't in that one sabarino's just come off the bench
07:10comes sliding in there's clearly no malice
07:14and maybe that card's up on the harsh side
07:18for the substitute
07:24once again an opportunity to pump this ball forward for platensi
07:30and swung in by sepulveda
07:34failed to find a teammate
07:38and that one will not worry fabio or the fluminense backline seen it too often
07:44from platensi this evening but can they force a way through
07:48two white shirts inside the area far too close and far too easy for fabio
07:54he's really had the night off so far
07:56he's really had the night off so far tipped for great things
08:01he's pumped inside the area the header you can see the idea with a nod down but
08:07failed to pick out a white shirt and in the end up comes the flag on the far side
08:19is he on side canada that is the question
08:22fluminense searching for a third keeper
08:25has committed maybe that is a let off there for platensi
08:31there was a big question mark over a potential offside
08:34i failed to find the back of the net
08:42i failed to find the back of the net
08:43referee has called out
08:46hello it was who raced away
08:50even then when he crosses into the platensi half there was a suspicion
08:56of a potential offside as fabio makes the claim
09:09pass on reflection would have been the better option
09:14there was a round that was down the center
09:24let's see a card flashed
09:29marcano doesn't look
09:30well he does there but decides he's going to go for glory
09:39patensi still searching
09:43they really have failed to impress so in the final third
09:48could be the downfall
09:49in this competition
09:58a little under two minutes to go
10:03and it's congested inside the area
10:05it's fluminense digging
10:06and our referee will bring this one to an end
10:10and there's a ripple of applause
10:11around the mannequin
10:12more than a ripple in fact
10:15you see their side
10:19we'll go into the next leg with that two goal cushion
10:23away in buenos aires
10:24you
10:27you
10:31you
