00:00The biggest challenge on this has been me restraining myself at points because I throw myself into every scene with
00:11such energy.
00:12I actually punched myself in the face the other day. This is a true story, by the way.
00:16We're on a four-hour VO record, and in the last half hour, they show me some fight sequences that
00:23they need to capture some extra sound for, some extra vocalizations.
00:28And I can't do anything by halves. This is me we're talking about.
00:33So I put all my energy into it, and I'm like, jab, jab.
00:38And as I go to do the punch across, right, as I go to do the hook, I literally hooked
00:45myself in the jaw, dislocated my jaw, popped my jaw out to the left, and I'm like, ah, ah, ah,
00:54ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.
00:55So anyway, it's fine. I've done it before, but everyone on Zoom was like, sh**, no, we killed Laura.
01:03What, man? Sh**, no.
01:05And I was like, I hate to pause. I need an ice pack.
01:09So we obviously paused recording for 20 minutes while I popped my jaw back in place, put an ice pack
01:14on it.
01:14It was really quite intense, and actually the devs here today were like, yo, hang on, like, what happened to
01:19you on Tuesday?
01:19Like, what did we do to you? And I was like, oh, no, you guys did nothing.
01:22This was all my own fault when, on the hook, I decided to punch myself in the face.
01:27Thumbs up, Alex. Thumbs up.
01:29Thumbs up.
01:29Thumbs up.
