00:00TA6 has shown us enough footage now to realize something.
00:03Rockstar isn't just telling us the story of Jason and Lucia.
00:06They're slowly showing us how an entire state fits around them.
00:09Let's start with Jason.
00:11Rockstar says Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, spent time in the army trying
00:15to leave that life behind, and eventually ended up in the Keys working for local drug
00:19runners.
00:20Jason wants an easy life, but things keep getting harder.
00:23Then there's Lucia.
00:24Her father taught her to fight when she was young.
00:26After fighting for her family, she ended up in the Leonida penitentiary.
00:30Now she's out and she wants the life her mother always dreamed about.
00:33And then Jason and Lucia meet.
00:35Rockstar's official setup is simple.
00:37When an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves caught in a criminal conspiracy stretching
00:41across the entire state of Leonida.
00:44And now they're forced to rely on each other if they want to make it out alive.
00:47That one setup creates one of the biggest mysteries in GTA 6.
00:51What exactly was that easy score?
00:53Who was supposed to benefit from it?
00:54What went wrong?
00:55And how does one bad job turn into a conspiracy covering an entire state?
00:59Rockstar hasn't answered those questions yet.
01:02But they've introduced the people surrounding Jason and Lucia.
01:05First, there's Brian Heater.
01:06Brian is an old school drug runner operating in the Keys.
01:09He's still moving product through his boatyard with his wife Lori.
01:12And Jason is actually living rent-free at one of Brian's properties.
01:16The catch?
01:16Jason helps Brian with local shakedowns.
01:19Then there's Cal Hampton.
01:20He's Jason's friend, and he's basically the paranoid guy of the group.
01:23Cal listens to Coast Guard communications, spends time online, and constantly wonders
01:28whether everything he sees on the internet is actually true.
01:31Then we get Boobie Icke.
01:33Boobie is a Vice City legend who turned his street career into a huge business empire.
01:37Real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio.
01:40Rockstar even tells us the club money pays for the studio, and the drug money pays for all of it.
01:45Then there's Draquan Priest.
01:47He's trying to build only raw records and make it in the music business.
01:50And that's where Balux and Roxy come in.
01:53They're the real dimes.
01:54Two friends who turn their street reputation into music and social media fame.
01:58Then we have Raul Bautista.
02:00A professional bank robber who is experienced, confident, and always looking for people willing
02:05to take bigger risks.
02:06So look at this.
02:07Drug runners.
02:08Smugglers.
02:09Bank robbers.
02:10Music.
02:11Nightclubs.
02:11Real estate.
02:12Social media personalities.
02:14And right in the middle of all of it, Jason and Lucia.
02:17Rockstar has shown us the pieces, but we still haven't seen the entire picture.
02:21And that's where the theory really begins.
02:22And that's where the theory begins.
