00:08It's early Thursday night action in Liga McDonald's, Lille returning to the Champions
00:15League next weekend, next week on Tuesday against Real Betis. Toulouse happy for opportunity to try
00:26and earn the opportunity for Lille as they're into the area. Might have been a flag to come
00:31up, Toulouse certainly expected one, could have been an almighty start. Sam Sarawi, his 50th
00:40appearance in the Championnat, just a 25th start.
00:48Only a few options for him as Leon Bestelescu, he's an opportunity trying to shape for it but
00:55it's a good first initial save, flipped across, Jorgensen now picks up and wants the strike,
01:03Alexandro with the block.
01:07AndrƩ, he's robbed there, smashed, no grab, here goes there, strong hands to tip it over.
01:19But Toulouse looked to mean business, great work initially from Hidalgo,
01:26hipped it to the back post, it was eventually one back, also Rowe tried his luck.
01:32Turkish number one, up to the task, Jens Bertolasco certainly happy with his side star.
01:39Toulouse, touch and turn from Azizi, it's a wonderful ball out to Hidalgo who juggles it away
01:45from Verdunc and then really taken on by Nesali.
01:51Tries to get Hidalgo in behind, away from Benjamin AndrƩ but has lost his footing.
01:58Benjamin AndrƩ tries to find an out route via Verdunc, he's come back with interest,
02:05Azizi, always going to be so tough, get anything out of Ozer at that angle.
02:13Tarawi, touch and turn, tries to spread it, Giroud leaves it,
02:17Hakenhausen tries to put it on for Tiago Santos but pressure from Tappi, I saw him, I think twice.
02:26Flew all the way across, the help from the Icelandic international, Tappi working back brilliantly.
02:35Can only put the pressure on, there and a goal kicked.
02:39The passage of play, wouldn't Nestle know, it's not Tefese looking for
02:49the summit of Ligue 1, leaving a very impressive first half an hour but Lille can strike.
02:56They do, Dago Santos, according to his teammates at least, not taking the right option there.
03:04Somehow this match is still goalless.
03:09Hard to imagine it's going to stay that way especially with a great ball like that,
03:12the Dago across, three white shirts blocking out Russell Rowe.
03:22The Dago with a darting run in behind Verdunc, Ozer beaten, Alexandro getting help,
03:32going to stop a tap-in for the Canadian striker of Toulouse.
03:49Jorgensen coming short, he's ignored as it goes into the near post, bubbles around!
03:54Ozer, how has he stopped that? Made himself big.
04:03Incredible, Dago.
04:07Moments before trying to create for Russell Rowe, denied there, but denied earlier.
04:15Here come Toulouse again, Ozer down the line, cut across.
04:21Lille are clenches.
04:24The Ancelotti is going to have to change something to break the TFC barrage towards
04:32Nicolaisen, Ozer reflected about.
04:39There's no stoppage of the set pieces, well, until there is.
04:49There's no stoppage of the TFC barrage, the TFC barrage.
04:54This, what a save, he didn't know much about it.
04:58The Dago thought he was quits in, the post involved as well.
05:03Whatever, you can see, Ozer got some luck.
05:11The Toulouse fans are the ones who are looking to enjoy his spell in charge.
05:17The hope for more accuracy up front.
05:21Russell Rowe on the spin, another Ozer save, and then just walking onto it in his stride.
05:29Aceres, Chias Kuhn directed into the net.
05:34It is chance after chance, but no goal.
05:38There will be fear for Toulouse that there's a sucker punch after all their pressure.
05:4912 shots, six on target, but it's Lille who are looking for something to curse the optimism.
05:58Great challenge though.
06:00After a succession of corners at the other end, a late corner for Lille.
06:09Well, it's actually Les Dogg's first corner of the match, having faced five from TFC.
06:17Most in that long sequence of them.
06:20So at halftime, it has been a thriller at Le Stadium.
06:25Somehow, it is gone.
06:31So that's going to be it for the first half.
06:34It's already nothing to nothing.
06:39It's all square.
06:42Neil started extremely well from kickoff, but it faded badly.
06:49And Davide Ancelotti not hanging around and making an early change.
06:57Hoping for a quick change.
07:01On corner, swung in deep, it's a brilliant run.
07:06Good header, not on target.
07:08Nikolaisen more concerned with the clash of heads though with Alexander.
07:16It's a really nice floated ball, Nikolaisen eyes for the ball.
07:20It's good contact, but underneath him was Alexander, Sandro, sorry.
07:27It's an unfortunate clash of heads that move all down the line.
07:32Diallo, first involvement since stepping off the bench.
07:36Plays the ball one way, goes the other, drives it across.
07:39Bentaleb in the way.
07:43For the young defender, flips it into a grey area.
07:47What a touch.
07:48Just trying to drag it, poke it towards goal.
07:51Chris Tepe.
07:54There was options there, Jorgensen was close.
07:58Tepe just lost it under his appearance.
08:02Especially coming in, 17 plus minutes in this.
08:06Diallo drives it across.
08:08Oh, a first interception.
08:09But he can't stop, a debut goal.
08:14The Japanese markman, off the mark.
08:19Ayase Ueda has made quite the introduction.
08:33Off the bench and already back amongst the goals.
08:40Three goals and four in the Dutch top flight already this season.
08:46And 25 last.
08:49Giroud looks on.
08:52The man who replaced him has broken the deadlock.
08:58What a heartbreaking moment for Mathis Nifleur replacing Guillaume Rest.
09:03And just moments later, juggling the ball.
09:07And Ueda in the right place at the right time.
09:14Leaving his mark on his Liga McDonald's debut.
09:22The movement.
09:24And then that little bit of luck you need.
09:28Lille lead by Goultonil against the run of the play.
09:32Smashing grab will suit Lille down to the ground.
09:35It'll be a sucker punch for Toulouse.
09:39But they're not giving up the ball through from Jorgensen.
09:43How has he missed that?
09:48If you stopped the footage before he strikes it.
09:54You would be sure this was going to be an equaliser.
09:57But that is a horror show from Kasper Tankstedt, who played with Ueda last season at Fairnoyd, but didn't show
10:08the same composures.
10:10But Davide Ancelotti is going to become a little bit of a history maker.
10:18The first Lille manager to go unbeaten in his first three league matches in France.
10:28And that's a final whistle here in Toulouse.
10:31And Lille have done it.
10:33Again, it's a 1-0 victory away from home.
