00:30I think that I can appreciate, you know, the influencers coming and kind of showcasing like the US Open experience.
00:37I think that's something that the US Open has utilized a lot as far as food and drinks and things
00:43to do in the shops. And that part is part of a fan experience and something that people might not
00:50know and make them want to go.
00:51But I do think that it's tough when you see videos like that when, you know, they're taking pictures and
00:58using the selfie lights. And, you know, it's like people are down there trying to perform and like it's their
01:04career and their job. And it seems like a bit disrespectful.
01:07So I think it's gotten a little maybe too much. It feels like this year. I don't know. I think
01:13I again, I can appreciate one side of it. But I think when you have the other side literally interrupting
01:19matches, it gets a little tough.
01:23Can you talk about the challenge of generating energy early in a match where it's the first match of the
01:30day and the crowd is still kind of settling in and getting going?
01:34Yeah, it is a bit different. It can be very different than, you know, first on at night or when
01:40a crowd is really full that day, or maybe the weather is kind of different and that can kind of
01:44take a part in it. But I would say, I don't know, I don't tend to draw off the crowd
01:52too much, as in like too much positive energy or too much negative energy. So for me, I'm really just
01:58focused on myself and kind of giving myself energy.
02:02I'm one of those players that even though I do draw off the crowd, at the same time, I don't
02:07kind of want to get too high because then I feel like I crash a bit. So for me, it's
02:11more just giving energy to myself always. So maybe that's why I don't quite maybe use the crowd as much
02:18as other players.
02:19But it is tricky when especially when it's not super full and you just hear a lot of random noises.
02:24And especially on Ash, you kind of hear everything. And so even when there's dead noise, there's still like a
02:29buzz or a chatter or people talking or eating and laughing and all these different kind of emotions.
02:35So you just really have to do a good job of kind of locking yourself in a bubble when you're
02:39out there. But I love being first on. So to me, it doesn't really matter what the crowd's doing. I'm
02:46just there to do my job and get in and get out as best I can.
