THE WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
Total Time: Approximately 13 minutes
Movements: 10 exercises
Duration: 1 minute per movement
Rest: 10 seconds between sets

A NOTE FOR THOSE DEALING WITH PAIN OR INJURY:
Listen to what your body is telling you. If the pace shown in the video feels too quick, or a full minute is more than you can handle, feel free to ease off and go slower. One way to adjust is to shorten each exercise to somewhere between 10 and 30 seconds. Let how you feel in the moment — not the clock — guide the duration and effort level that's right for you today.
