00:24and then the U.S. responded to that. So in the sense, both sides are to blame. It's not a

00:30issue. I think one could go back to the MOU now. As you know, the U.S. forces are already
00:36exhausted.
00:37At the most recent Secretary of Defense's orders, four of the combatant commanders issued a non-concur
00:45statement that they do not concur with the Secretary of Defense's policy of keeping so many troops on
00:52alert in the Middle Eastern theater. And they said they are at their end in terms of fighting
00:58capability. And we've already heard about this aircraft carrier, Abraham Lincoln, which is now
01:03anchored off the coast of Thailand. So the U.S. also is reaching the limits of its military
01:09intervention. They have exhausted a significant portion of their Patriot missiles, of their theater
01:15high altitude missiles. The service people in the region are exhausted. Some people were jumping
01:22off the aircraft carrier. On the other hand, the Iranians are suffering economically. So I think
01:28both sides are wounded here like two fighters in the ring and somebody needs to go in there and call
