00:00If you've installed short springs like we have, you've probably noticed something strange.
00:04The negative camber pulls the top of the wheel inward, so even a 20mm spacer won't stick out.
00:10Today, we will show you the real before and after of a 20mm Bonas setup on a 2025 model Y
00:17-Refresh
00:18front and rear. Now, let's take a look at the before. This is the 2025 model Y-Refresh on
00:25lowered springs. The drop is aggressive and the camber makes the wheels look small. There's also
00:31a visible gap between the tire and the fender lip. Tesla's stock fitment is already conservative
00:38and lowering exacerbates the issue. It doesn't look bad, but it doesn't look finished.
00:43The solution is a hub-centric spacer, not a wheel swap. We're using Bonas forged active cooling
00:50spacers. 20mm in the front and 20mm in the back. The specs matter here. PCD 5x114.3,
01:00center bore 64.1, and M14X 1.5 studs and nut mounting. Since they are hub-centric and machined
01:08to 0.02mm, they sit flush on the hub with no vibration or wobbling. Why choose Bonas over a
01:16$30 cast spacer? Because it's forged from AL6061, which is denser and stronger. Its active cooling
01:25grooves pull air across the rotor, keeping your brakes cool. Here's the after. It's the same car
01:31with the same wheels, just 20mm wider per corner. The tires now sit flush with the fenders. Remember the
01:38camber? It takes up the entire width. So even at 20mm, there's zero poke. The stance is perfect,
01:46aggressive, planted, and factory clean. The exact fitment link is in the description and will take
