00:02:33He needs to bring forward what he's good at, accentuate his strengths, which is he was a combat sports guy.
00:02:41He needs to learn how to bring in some of that background into what we do today.

00:04:41I couldn't put weight on my left leg.
00:04:43I couldn't bend over.
00:04:45The timeline always felt like it just kept getting pushed back and back and back.
00:04:49So when the time finally came, it was just like, thank goodness, we're out of it.
00:04:53And I was just over the moon.
00:04:56I was ready for it.
00:04:58There was a few days where my stomach was starting to hurt really bad.
00:05:02It got to the point where it was starting to become extremely painful.
00:05:06So I went to medical and told them.
00:05:08Within a few hours, I was getting a CT scan and then sent to the emergency room to undergo an
00:05:13emergency appendectomy.
00:05:15It was definitely scary, but I'm just glad that we caught it before it did rupture.
00:05:21I had to go into rehab for two, three weeks.
00:05:24It's not completely normal, but it's definitely to the point where I'm able to wrestle and get back into things,
00:05:31which is exciting.
00:05:34I want you to do one thing tonight above anything else.
