00:01Strangest Patriots cut down day in a long time yesterday. Very odd day. So in that I did not care
00:09who was cut. I really didn't care who stayed and kept a job.

00:24Do we keep this guy or do we keep another? And I did not feel strongly about any of these
00:30players because I think they lack a lot of talent.
00:36I think Mike Vrabel was brutally honest when he said his team lacks depth.
00:40There was some really good second and third preseason games over the years.
00:46I've been calling games a long time. That Wednesday night game, or excuse me, that Thursday night game.
00:54I was like, I'm sitting there in the second half and I'm watching it.
00:58And guys just standing around with hands on their hips.
01:02And you can hear a pin drop in that stadium. Nobody talking. Nobody communicating.
01:07It's just standing there looking straight ahead at the offense.
01:10I'm like, and Bob and I are like, somebody make a play. Somebody make a play.
01:14Somebody take somebody's head off. The plays at the goal line where you had three defenders.
01:18I don't think they were trying to whack the ball out.
01:20It was almost like it was one of those ball drills that you see them in training camp.
01:24Instead of hitting the guy and driving him out the one and taking him to the track.
01:28They just let him waltz in.
01:30There's another one over the middle on a run.
01:33And I'm like, holy crap. Here's your thing.
01:35They are so top heavy.
01:36And their starting lineups are damn good.
01:38Okay, there are some questions at linebacker and edge, right?
01:40Okay, but when they're all going, they have all their DBs.
01:43They get the best defensive backfield in the league.
01:46The wide receiver room, it's up there.
01:48Tight ends are good.
01:49We hope the offensive line's better.
01:50They should be.
01:51You've got a fullback. You should be able to run the ball.
01:53Well, Rondre's going to be good this year.
01:55We know what the quarterback is.
01:57The drop-off from ones to twos, the twos, threes, and fours are all kind of the same.
02:03I think that's the problem.
02:04Because you could put a list of all of them that were playing on Thursday night.
02:10And when the cuts came down at 6 p.m. on Sunday,
02:12you wouldn't overreact or be upset with any of them if they were released.
