Nepal flood tragedy: Mass burials have begun in Chitwan’s Devghat forest for unidentified victims swept away by devastating floods and torrents.Authorities buried 96 unidentified bodies on August 29 and planned to bury more as rescue teams continued recovering victims from rivers and debris. The badly decomposed remains could not be immediately identified, leaving families desperately searching for their missing loved ones.Authorities are collecting DNA samples from unidentified victims so that remains can potentially be identified and exhumed later if a match is confirmed.
