00:00Hey guys, I'm Katie Osborne, your new host of Power Nation starting January 2016.
00:06Well, as you check out the website, I thought you might want to know what some of our shops are
00:10working on here with the new season.
00:12That being said, look who made it to the shop here, Ian Johnson of Extreme Off-Road.
00:16Now, you've also brought along this...
00:19It's a sweet ride.
00:20Sweet ride that you have here, this Datsun.
00:22Yes, it's an old Datsun. We picked up $1,000 and we're going to turn it into a hardcore crawler
00:27for under $10,000.
00:28So, we're talking 40-inch tall tires, coilover suspension, just a one-of-a-kind rake.
00:32It's already got a diesel engine under the hood, which makes it cool, but taking this 2-wheel drive truck
00:36and turning it into a 4-wheel drive off-road, it's going to be a neat project.
00:38What else for 2016?
00:40Well, I got a Bronco. People have been asking us to do a Bronco for years, and so we're finally
00:44going to do it, but it's a full-tube chassis Bronco.
00:46I'm just starting with body panels, a bunch of tubing, it'll be long-travel suspension, IFS front, using a brand
00:51-new 2016 Mustang EcoBoost motor in it.
00:55So, it'll be one-of-a-kind for sure.
00:56I can't wait to see that and so much more with the new episodes of Extreme Off-Road starting in
01:01January.
01:02And make sure to check out PowerNationTV.com for all the latest.
