00:00Dolly Parton gave me the same advice and that advice was be real and be honest and let your
00:06music be your truth. It's fun when your heroes become your friends. Dolly, love my Dolly. Who
00:14knew that the Metal God was going to sing with Dolly Parton at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?
00:18Is that amazing or what? I am in love with Dolly, I will say that, but what man on this
00:25planet is
00:25not. We recorded Freebird for her to add to her Rock and Roll album because she said,
00:30Artemis, I don't think I deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And I said, Dolly,
00:33you deserve everything. She's just an amazing humanitarian and not to mention singer, songwriter,
00:40movie star, just all around cool person. It was mind-blowing when I got to sing with her and watch
00:47her in rehearsals. There's a reason why there's only one Dolly Parton. She's a queen. She deserves to be
00:52a queen. People pull their cars over in Nashville and yell her name. She's charming and brilliantly
01:00talented and just the smartest person in the room.
