00:14passed the House with bipartisan support in July 2025 would establish a regulatory framework for
00:19digital commodities and clarify oversight between the SEC and CFTC. President Trump called for
00:26Congress to pass a fair version of the Clarity Act last week. Calci traders also see less than 50%
00:32odds the measure will be implemented by April 2027. CFTC Chairman Michael Selig said the agency
00:39would use its existing authority to establish a crypto market regime if the legislation stalls.
