00:00Rockstar didn't just make GTA 6 bigger. They filled the game with a bunch of new activities,
00:05features, customization options, dynamic events, and a ton more. I went through every trailer,
00:11every leak, every insider report, and every screenshot Rockstar has dropped so far,
00:15and pulled together some of the biggest new things you'll actually be able to do in GTA 6.
00:20So, in no particular order, here are 15 features coming to Grand Theft Auto 6.
00:27Let's start with one feature that everyone's been begging for. Player-owned mansions and businesses.
00:32Take for example, the Malibu Club from Vice City. It's confirmed to return in GTA 6,
00:38we've seen it in the trailers. But what's not confirmed is whether you'll actually own it this
00:43time. Here's why this isn't just wishful thinking. Rockstar has been testing a mansion ownership
00:48update in GTA Online for months. Full customizable estates, ones that can kickstart their own heists,
00:55or businesses, and if that's a testing ground for GTA 6, we could be looking at Vinewood Hill-style
01:01mansions across Leonida on day one. Moving on to the next feature, this is
01:06gambling and casino games. Rockstar has already built an entire diamond casino into GTA Online,
01:13poker, blackjack, slots, everything you can think of. Now put that system into a Florida-inspired Vice
01:19city, a place literally built on 1980s excess and neon money. It would be pretty strange if Rockstar
01:26built all that casino infrastructure once and never touched it again, so it's highly likely that
01:31gambling and casino games will be coming to GTA 6. Next up, we have pet customization and care options.
01:39This one's pretty much confirmed. Rockstar has already shown us pet mechanics in the official
01:43gameplay trailer and other material. We don't know the full depth of it yet. Feeding, grooming,
01:48and companionship are still up in the air, but if it follows Rockstar's pattern from Red Dead
01:53Redemption 2's horse bonding system, expect this to matter far more than a cosmetic afterthought.
02:00Moving on to the next feature, this is the workout and fitness system coming to GTA 6. This is straight
02:08out
02:08of GTA San Andreas. Remember when CJ could get fat or ripped depending on what you fed him?
02:14In the GTA 6 trailer, we have people working out on the beach, which raises a real question.
02:19Does physique actually affect gameplay this time? Strength, stamina, even how NPCs react to you?
02:25We've seen Rockstar implement a similar system as well in Red Dead Redemption 2 with Arthur,
02:30so it's highly likely that some form of a workout and fitness system will be in GTA 6.
02:36So if Rockstar brings back stat-based physical progression in a next-gen engine,
02:41it's going to be absolutely insane. Next up is Mixed Martial Arts Boxing and Fighting.
02:47This one is going to pair super well with the workout and fitness system previously mentioned.
02:52Imagine a structured MMA gym system that's tied directly into the fitness mechanic. You can level
02:57up and improve your hand-to-hand combat and have those skills actually transfer to how your character
03:02performs in-game. Combine this with the workout system and you've basically got a full character
03:07progression loop that Rockstar's never attempted in a GTA title before.
03:11Moving on to the next feature, we have Basketball. This would be a super cool sport to have as a
03:17mini-game in GTA 6. We already see this as a potential option because we clearly have basketball
03:24courts in some of the official GTA 6 screenshots and gameplay trailers that Rockstar has already put out.
03:29Imagine being able to play a pickup game of basketball near the beach, whether 1v1, 3v3,
03:36or even 5v5. I think this would be a super cool mechanic to come to the game and a lot
03:41of GTA 6 fans
03:42want this as well. Moving on to the next new feature coming to GTA 6 and this one is pretty
03:48much confirmed,
03:49it's pool or billiards. I think it would be super cool to have a pool minigame in GTA 6 that
03:55you could
03:55play at different dive bars and other locations around the map. Rockstar's nightlife and bar culture
04:01has been very central to every Vice City game and a pool table fits naturally into that world.
04:06We already have official screenshots and teaser gameplay from Rockstar showing Jason playing pool,
04:12so it's only a matter of time until it becomes an official feature within the game.
04:16Moving on, we have Minigolf and Golfing. This has officially been shown by Rockstar
04:21through gameplay trailer screenshots, and it's pretty much locked in as coming to GTA 6.
04:27The real question is whether this stays as a quick minigolf side activity or if it scales
04:32up into a full 18 hole golf mode like we had in GTA 5. Given the size of Leonidas map,
04:39I suspect that there will be room for both a few minigolf courses as well as a full scale game
04:44of golf,
04:45with golf carts, driving ranges, and a ton more. Next up on this list is kayaking. Again,
04:51this is something that's also been confirmed straight from Rockstar's own promotional material
04:55for the game. This is obviously a pretty small one, but I think it says a lot. Rockstar is clearly
05:01building out slower, quieter water activities that players can enjoy, not just speedboats and jetskis.
05:07This tells you how seriously Rockstar is taking the living world angle here in GTA 6,
05:12and it will be super cool to see this come to life once the game drops.
05:16Moving on to the next feature, we have darts. This one pairs super well with the pool and billiards
05:23minigames previously mentioned. Given that Rockstar's nightlife and bar culture have been central to
05:28almost every gameplay trailer and screenshot that we've seen, a dart minigame makes a ton of sense.
05:33Not only that, but we actually had a dart minigame back in Grand Theft Auto 5,
05:38so it will be super cool to see what Rockstar can do with a dart minigame here in GTA 6.
05:44The next feature we have coming to GTA 6 is hunting. We've already seen Rockstar showcase various
05:49animals and wildlife in the gameplay trailers and screenshots, ranging from deer to alligators
05:55and sea turtles and a ton more. Being able to hunt some of these animals in GTA 6 would make
06:01for
06:01some really enjoyable side missions. Now, Rockstar has years of hunting system experience from Red
06:07Dead Redemption 2. If even a fraction of that depth, tracking, animal behavior, environmental
06:13awareness, makes its way into GTA 6's Florida wilderness, hunting could be a genuinely deep
06:19system instead of a throwaway side activity. In addition to hunting coming to GTA 6, we also have
06:25fishing. This one is basically confirmed as we've seen this activity carried out in the official
06:31gameplay trailers for the game. Similar to hunting, in Red Dead Redemption 2, fishing became weirdly
06:37meditative, legendary fish, environmental storytelling, the whole thing. If GTA 6 borrows that formula and
06:44adds multiplayer fishing trips to the game, this stops this being a filler activity and becomes something
06:50people actually enjoy and spend time doing. Now, this next feature is something that I'm super
06:57excited for and that is surfing. If you think about it, surfing has never existed in a GTA game before.
07:03I'm honestly pretty surprised that Rockstar did not integrate surfing into Grand Theft Auto 5,
07:08considering GTA 5 is based in Los Santos, which is modeled after Los Angeles, based in California.
07:16Within GTA 6, surfboards are visible sitting on the beach in official footage, and not only that,
07:22but a credible leaker claims that Rockstar is adding next-level water sports and other
07:27water-based activities into GTA 6 that the series has literally never attempted before. Combine that with
07:34the alleged $200-300 million water physics budget that Rockstar has for GTA 6, and a surfing feature
07:42starts sounding like an activity that would almost certainly be added into the game.
07:46Moving on, this next feature might be the single biggest system upgrade on this entire list,
07:52and that is dynamic weather events such as crazy rainstorms, hurricanes, and potentially tsunamis.
07:58Leaks point to a dedicated team of roughly 20 engineers working purely on water physics,
08:05with real tides, storm-driven flooding, and hurricanes that could potentially reshape parts of the map.
08:10Now, Vice City is set in the fictional state of Leonida, which is modeled after Florida,
08:16and Florida without hurricanes just wouldn't feel real and Rockstar knows that. Imagine a mission
08:22getting interrupted because a hurricane just rolled in and changed your entire escape route. This is
08:28definitely something that I can't wait to see how Rockstar incorporates into the game.
08:32And finally, moving on to the number one new feature coming to GTA 6, this is Scuba Diving and Coral
08:39Reef Exploration. Full scuba diving confirmed as part of 100% completion with real coral reefs,
08:47sea turtles, and marine wildlife in the Leonida Keys, based directly on Florida's real-world coral
08:53barrier reef. Combine this with the hurricane and tide system previously mentioned, and you get something
08:58genuinely new. Underwater visibility that changes based on weather, potentially revealing or hiding
09:04entire new areas of the map depending on where you dive. That's not a minigame, that is a full
09:10environmental system built into the map itself, and is definitely something that GTA 6 fans want.
09:17So here's the real question. Is GTA 6 turning into an open-world life simulator with a crime story
09:23attached to it, or is it a crime story that just so happens to have the most detailed open world
09:29ever
09:29built? Honestly, probably both. And that might be exactly why GTA 6 is going to be the biggest
09:35release in gaming history. So be sure to let me know in the comment section below which of these
09:40features are you most excited to see come to GTA 6. And if there are any features that I didn't
09:46mention
09:46in today's video, be sure to let me know what those are in the comment section below. Now if you
