00:00you've created such a media empire with all the smoke who's been the best guess or best question
00:04best moment that you've thought you've had over your time heck of a question um i would obviously
00:08have to say my brother kobe you know being able to have his last interview and my goal going into
00:12that interview was to kind of humanize and pull down the tough mama mentality and show the world
00:16kobe bright and i think we did a pretty good job of that so um you know i've been blessed
00:20to be in
00:20this media space and interview the best of the best you know we got to sit down with barack
00:24about a month ago and see his new situation over there in chicago so i love it you know continuing
00:29to learn more about the people i admire and and showing our audience the same thing okay and i
00:34have another question about your sons who have been highly recruited and they're now in an nil era with
00:40name image lines that you weren't a part of when you were at ucla how is college sports different
00:44when you were there to to what your sons are going through right now i would say outside of even
00:49the
00:49nil in the portal i just don't like 25 and 26 and 27 year olds playing with teenagers you know
00:55i mean
00:55i think college is supposed to be a pit stop for development and obviously getting your education
00:58but a pit stop for guys that are good enough to go to the next level so i think there
01:02needs to be a
01:02hard cap on age the transfer reporter's crazy and then nil is great i mean i wish i was an
01:07all-american
01:07of two sports i wish we had nil back when i was playing um you know i wouldn't walk around
01:11westwood
01:12with empty pockets but as far as my boys go it's been a tremendous journey i've been coaching them you
01:16know since i retired when they were eight years old they're 17 now so i just finished coaching them
01:20at peace jam about a month and a half ago so you know i hope i prepared them as well
01:24as i can for what's next
