00:12So, yeah, I was a member, but since they terminated my channel, my account went with it.
00:18But they were still charging me, so I was getting annoyed because all the automatic,
00:24when you call them the automatic AI, they can't find you because you're terminated.
00:31So they can't help you.
00:32Finally, I stayed on long enough to finally, it gave me a number, and I talked to a real person.
00:39I talked to a real person, and they were very nice, and they felt so sorry for me that I
00:44lost my channel.
00:45But she said she can't do anything about it.
00:47She's just on the accountant part, and she reimbursed.
00:50I saw it in the bank.
00:52It's a reversal, so they reversed the charges, and they canceled my YouTube premium.
01:00So, yeah, I'm officially done, done, done, I guess, with YouTube, which is really sad.
