00:46i follow sports and i guess i i guess i knew you guys had a new arena but it is

00:51yeah it's really cool have you played other places here in detroit um yeah i mean i've been
00:57to mark ridley's over the years several times uh and it's always i mean i think that's one of the
01:02first comedy clubs in the midwest so uh it's it's it's a great place yeah a lot of people say

01:08they really like to uh play there and of course so you're gonna be coming up and uh so yeah

01:12about that on nate bergatzi tour is that over now just ended uh this weekend you guys were the second
01:17the last uh market i think for 180 cities and he uh wow yeah yeah we we were in toronto
01:23the next
01:23night and the guinness book of world records showed up and uh presented him he's the biggest
01:28comedy tour in history no kidding how many how many uh seats were sold do you remember it was over
01:34two million wow yeah and you weren't all the dates no no i wasn't he's he does a nice job

01:40working on us in and out but i was on a good amount it was pretty cool yeah and and

01:45stuff with nate in the past correct yeah yeah yeah he's a very generous guy to let some of us

01:51along he's kind of becoming the uh adam sandler of the uh the 2020s yeah it's a lot like that

05:28school too yeah yeah man uh i wrestled the i started wrestling i was five years old my dad was
05:34my coach
05:34and uh yeah man had some uh my senior year in college in the ncaa tournament if you make the

05:43eight you you get called all american and uh i had lost in that match the year previously and uh
05:50i i won
05:51my senior year against a guy from university of michigan actually oh and uh who is now the uh head
05:58coach of the university of michigan sean bormett he's a friend of mine i want to specify like he he
06:03was a
06:03freshman at the time i was a senior he he was like the number five seed but i got him
06:07and he was a
06:08went on to be a much better wrestler than i ever dreamed of being but i got him that day
06:13and uh yeah
06:14i think i think he hates it uh he tells his uh he tells the guys because michigan's really good
06:20at
06:20wrestling he's a great coach but he tells him sometimes he's like uh listen guys you never know
06:25you can't get cocky you know you gotta stay on it in the national tournament i had lost to some
06:30stupid comedian from missouri and uh it's haunted me ever since so that's like that's like the speech
06:37that they give uh that what's his name gave before the uh miracle game yeah herb yeah yeah yeah and

06:43think even before the game that the united states played this year against canada someone said uh this

07:06lot of material about consumer products and i sold the gif peanut butter and uh crisco oil and pringles

07:26just see it uh you know right right at the checkout counter i was gonna say you should pick up

07:50of the season college wrestling i mean i listen to you know all the podcasts i you can watch it

08:03uh michigan is is got is perennially a top 10 team sean's got a great situation i think they're
08:10pretty young this year um so they're kind of a wild card they've got some pretty big time recruits
08:16that could you know these days man like there's freshmen that come out and win a national
08:20championship so you don't know yeah not to go too far off the tracks here but did were you wrestling
08:25at the time when kurt angle was wrestling or is he younger i was yeah i was probably three years
08:31younger than kurt i mean he wrestled clarion okay and i i want to he won a national championship when
08:37i was wrestling he was a heavyweight you know and wrestled i mean i don't know if he ever wrestled
08:42one of my teammates but yeah sure i was aware of him yeah and do you do pay attention to

08:46time wrestling at all and or no uh you mean wwe yeah yeah yeah no man because they were they

08:53in the building i think uh no wait they're in buffalo the other day that's right never mind
08:55i grew up in buffalo that's that that's another story but uh but yes that's yeah it's cool you know
09:00you'd be surprised to know that i have watched some wrestling at my neighbor's house while drinking
09:03cocktails because they're into oh yeah yeah so i've seen i've seen some of it too and what am i

09:18airport you've been in in uh in your travels man this one hurts me um but i would say recently

09:26city um kansas city has an amazing airport and it's brand new and i'm i live in st louis and

09:33they used to have the worst airport in the country it was an embarrassment and now
09:39it's way better than st louis it bothers me a little bit yeah all right what about the best
09:44hotels in the country where do you where do you stay at what do you like well listen man i

09:47i don't want to come on your show and brag a lot but i'm uh no i don't like to

11:54yeah so anyways i know some of the guys that come into town always want to get that kind of

12:03def leopard later so what should i ask him oh dude i don't i mean give me something that's insane
