00:22Gresham, he's from Virginia, he loves this track because there's a big crash behind at
00:27the start of the S's, Bobby Gossett is involved, there is a bit of debris that has just flown
00:32off the front of his car, now we have gone to a yellow, and that is the number 33, that
00:37is one of our newbies for this weekend, unfortunately involved Caper Zentmeister, Caper ran with us
00:44at Martinsville twice, very respectable, he's a chiropractor from this area, John, really
00:51hate to see his weekend end like this.
00:55And that is going to be quite a lot of work for the team there, that is turn six, and

01:04AMR safety team actually deciding that that was a big enough impact that they wanted to
01:12come contra race to that incident, and that is very rare that you see that, but that was
01:19a smart move, because it's such a long lap here, just trying to see, oh, got a punch from,

01:40I think that was my Euro, John, yes, the 28 driver, another one of our debutants, but
01:47he's running with BSI this weekend, and Gianni will be feeling absolutely sick about that,
01:53because he's somebody who just loves cars, he's not a big race fan, but he told me he
01:58cannot turn off this series when you and I are talking about it, John, so he's very happy
02:03to be here, and we're, we're really, uh, unfortunate to see, uh, capers race ending like this.
02:13Oh, dear, dear, this looks like it might be, uh, a lengthy yellow to reset the safety features
02:29at the side of the tap, the track, um, hello to Johannes, he says, I love this idea of water
02:37balloons, but surely you're missing a trick, you should have the water balloons in the car
02:42to throw at the opposition during the race.
02:47Well, many years ago, when I used to instruct at an indoor karting centre, I think probably
02:53the biggest and certainly one of the first indoor kart centres in the UK, it was in one
02:59of the old engine sheds, uh, railway engine building sheds, down in Shildon in County Durham,
03:05the birth of the railways was there, and we had plenty of room, and at various times we
03:13would open the doors and go outside, and we had a bit of tarmac, uh, out there as well, which
03:17we turned into a track, and then in order to diversify, don't worry, I'm getting, I'm getting
03:23to a story on this, we built some, um, I suppose you would call it almost like plasterboard,
03:31um, houses and, and woods, and built some streets around the track to make it look like a street
03:37circuit, and also so that we could go paintballing and have paintballing in there, and, oh no, yes,
03:46and, wait, but wait, it gets better, so once all of our customers had gone, and we were tidying
03:52up for the night, we would quite often turn all the lights out, and it would be pitch dark,
03:58and we would have a paintball session on carts, so...
