00:31They've been working on this.
00:33I think last year there was some effort to move forward.
00:36There was some delay.
00:36They worked with the tire manufacturers.
00:39The vast majority came on board.
00:40One did not.
00:41One notable.
00:42One did not.
00:43But the vast majority embraced it.
00:45But from a consumer perspective, the savings is self-evident.
00:51And so I think it was a good choice in that respect.
