00:00Part of the mindset and what's got to go on in that quarterback room is,
00:04Jackson, you've got all the ability in the world, but here's the deal.
00:07To win in the National Football League, you've got to do two things.
00:10Number one is to protect the football, and you do that on the center quarterback exchange,
00:15on the way to the running back, confines of the pocket, location of throw, and exiting the pocket.
00:20You've got to take care of the ball, and if you do, your team's going to be in a position
00:24to win enough games to get to the playoffs and have a chance to win a championship.
00:29But there's a second phase of a quarterback being able to do his job,
00:33and that he's got to live for the next play.
00:35And Jackson Dart has to be convinced that he is a dual-threat quarterback,
00:40but he's not a dual-threat running back because he is not injury-prone,
00:44but he's been prone to doing things with his body that are not advantageous for his team to win games.
