00:00Court ended today on a huge win for the defense as Dr. Zizel took the stand and he had a
00:04lot to say.
00:06He talked about the phone call between Lindsay and Patrick and also said psychosis has intermittent
00:10symptoms. He said they come and go like waves at a beach that they dull your senses and your sense
00:16of reality, but someone under psychosis can still communicate, talk on the phone, and even drive a
00:22car completely fine. He talked about how hard it was to even go see Lindsay, how he had to get
00:27a
00:27court order, and even talk to the chief of the hospital, and when he finally went inside he saw
00:31that Lindsay had no soft restraints. She was shackled to the bed with metal handcuffs. He also said at
00:38some point the prosecution gave Lindsay a psychological test to see if she was lying and the
00:42results showed she was not lying. He then talks about the phone call between Lindsay and Patrick
00:47and said when they first called Patrick he didn't answer, but two days later when they tried again
00:52he finally picked up. And that was when she told Patrick that she loves him very much but she's
00:58hearing voices in her head commanding her that she has no choice but to unalive the children
01:03and then herself. Reddington then asked did you tell her to say this for some reason and he said
01:08absolutely not. And Reddington said why did you let her use your phone and he said out of pure human
01:14compassion. He also talked about how he's seen Lindsay over 40 times and even in lockup and Reddington
01:20asked why did you go see her and he said that the nature of the presentation in this court is
01:25absolutely gut-wrenching. He ended off by talking about Lindsay's journey, about the side effects,
01:31about how the medications weren't working, how she was turned down by hospital facilities, and how the
01:36crisis hotline turned her down twice. Court then ended and that was the last thing the jury was left
01:42with and the prosecution will cross-examine tomorrow. Let me know what you guys think about this but rest in
