Shein is targeting a sharply lower Hong Kong IPO valuation as tariffs and slower growth weigh on the retailer.

00:23fundraising round. The fast fashion retailer plans to issue up to 8% of its shares,
00:27which could raise as much as $2 billion at a $25 billion valuation.
00:33Shein's revenue growth slowed to 8% in 2025 and 1.1% in the first quarter of 2026,
00:40amid U.S. customs duties and tariffs. The company posted a $99 million quarterly loss in the first
